Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tiny Moments, we want you to enjoy your Advent Calendar and family activities. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving them.
  • To start a return, email us at hello@tinymoments.store with your order number.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

3. Shipping costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for safe delivery.

4. Damaged or incorrect items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, let us know within 7 days.
  • We’ll send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

5. Non-returnable items

  • Personalized or digital products (if we offer them) cannot be returned.
  • Opened or used items cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
