Tiny Moments is operated by MB Zili Projects, registered in Lithuania.

2. Our products

  • We sell Tiny Moments Advent Calendars and related family products.
  • All product descriptions, photos, and prices are shown on our website.
  • We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur.

3. Orders

  • When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
  • Your order is accepted once payment is approved.
  • If a product is unavailable or there’s an error, we’ll contact you and issue a refund if needed.

4. Prices & payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR (or your local currency if available).
  • Payment is collected securely at checkout (via MakeCommerce.lt payment provider).
  • You are responsible for any additional customs duties or local taxes outside the EU.

5. Shipping & delivery

  • We ship to the EU and US (more regions may be added later).
  • Shipping times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link.
  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services, but we’ll help track your package.

6. Returns & refunds

We want you to love your Tiny Moments calendar!

  • You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
  • To request a return, email us at hello@tinymoments.store.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.

7. Your responsibilities

By using our site, you agree to:
